Lathe and Dial Indicator (Other project, not bearing)
For the while, I have been taking classes in manual machining. Here I am in the above photograph boring a hole in a round object using a lathe and using a test dial indicator to measure depth.

It is hoped that the ability to rapidly prototype my designs will be gained through learning. For this reason, the below rendering is presented of a bearing design I created for ease of use on a manual machine.

Improved Changes in Design Flow

It is likely that once the attempt is made to produce this design, there will be many realizations on how it could be made easier.

In order to meet the demand for repeatability and speed of reiteration of bearings, several geometric relationships within bearing possibilities were scrutinized in order to find key formulas.

Geometric relationships for more accurate, rapid, and repeatable design and reiteration phase
In the above design, the dimensions of all the rolling elements are fully constrained to other faces and formulas involved. This will allow more accurate and rapid changes, particularly to that of clearances within the bearing.
